KEEP Collective was a small but mighty creative and marketing team. I wore a lot of hats here, including video production and scripts, social content management, blog writing, and UX writing.

 
 

Seasonal Brand Campaigns

KEEP Collective released four seasonal brand campaigns every year: Spring, Summer, Fall, and Holiday. I was instrumental in these from start to finish—brainstorming to execution to analyzing results. These campaigns came to life through print assets (yes, I know, how very 2014!), onsite refreshes, email marketing, social channels, and live events.


Direct Marketing

Within every season, KEEP Co. stayed in contact with our customers via direct marketing campaigns, typically tied to moments of that season. We created unique email experiences that encouraged whimsy and fun, and hopefully made our customers want to open every communication that came to their inbox.

We also sent regular communications about sign-up specials, capsule collections, and new releases, for all of which I helped build messaging framework and templates.


Partnerships

As the brand grew, KEEP Co. knew it was time to partner with some big names! We worked directly with teams at Disney and MLB to create and promote collections based on their IP. This led to some incredibly splashy moments!


B2B

Independent Business Owner (IBO) Communications

KEEP Co. was a sister company of Stella&Dot, which was a well-respected multi-level marketing company at the time. This meant that a subset of the business was messaging to IBOs, including business updates, new releases, training materials, and event promotions.
