Social Branding
In my final role as Assoc. Creative Lead at eBay, I led the founding and rollout of three new eBay social channels: eBay Sneakers, eBay Fashion, and eBay Collectibles.
This initiative was based on business-identified priority verticals and brought eBay’s established branding into focus for specific audiences.
I hired and managed a team of 5-7 copywriters, bringing them up to speed on the creative strategy and ensuring consistency in voice and tone across all channels.
Digital Landing Pages
As North America Creative Caption and Senior Copywriter, I oversaw and developed weekly campaigns for the main eBay landing page. This typically included a number of onsite deliverables between 5-10 assets per brief.
Rewards Program
As senior copywriter, I worked cross-collaboratively with marketing managers to refresh brand for the eBay rewards program: eBay Bucks. This included maintaining a weekly content calendar, as well as developing templates for CRM and onsite deliverables.

eBay for Business & Sellers
In my first role at eBay, I was responsible for refining and maintaining the eBay for Business and eBay Seller brand voice. This included weekly newsletter communications and template updates, product update messaging, case studies, Seller features for social channels, eBay Upfront (an annual event) marketing, and more.
